    Throughout his 20 years of corporate experience, Don has become a trusted advisor to influential leaders across the world. He inspires and empowers leaders and teams to intentionally and purposefully invest in themselves for the benefit of others, bringing personal and corporate transformation.

    As an Executive Leadership Consultant, Don has worked across many industries including banking, retail and technology startups. 

    Along with developing his own consultancy, Don is an Associate for TPC in Amsterdam and Kourdi Associates in London.

    He started his professional career at Deloitte, working in the US, UK and South Africa across the areas of chartered accountancy, leadership development, executive coaching and corporate culture.
